If your Mill won't turn on, follow these troubleshooting steps before contacting Support.
The Mill power cord is removable and can wiggle loose during normal use, even if it appears connected, causing the Mill to not receive power. Make sure it’s firmly connected to your bin.
Note: If any of the bin's lights are illuminated, your bin is getting power. If no lights on your bin are illuminated, try double-tapping the lid button. This should attempt to start a dry and grind cycle and illuminate the LED icon. If a cycle starts, you can cancel it by double-tapping again.
- Unplug the power cord completely from both the wall outlet and the back of Mill.
- Confirm your outlet is getting power. Ensure that the power cord is secure in the back of the bin and outlet, and that the outlet is receiving power. You can plug a phone charger into the outlet as a quick test.
- Firmly plug the power cord back into the Mill first by pushing it in securely until you feel it click or it attach properly.
- Plug the other end of the power cord firmly into the wall outlet.
- Look for LED indicator lights on your Mill. LED lights should illuminate when properly plugged in and receiving power.
If you have performed the above steps but your bin is still not powering on, contact Support from your Mill account email and detail all troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
