You can start the cancellation process through the member portal on our website (click “Update plan” and then “Cancel membership”), or by contacting our support team at support@mill.com.
In order to complete the process, you must return the bin within 30 days of your current billing period ending. Our support team will reach out to you once you start the cancellation to help you return the bin and complete cancellation.
If you do not return the bin in your possession, your membership will remain active and you will continue to be charged until you return the bin. Please contact our support team if for any reason you are unable to return a bin.
