You can start the cancellation process through the account portal on our website (click “Cancel plan") or in your Mill app.
If you have a Mill, the Support team will reach out to you once you complete the cancellation survey to help you return the Mill and complete cancellation.
We’ll email you instructions on how to prepare the bin for return, and send a box to pack up the Mill, with a prepaid return label to the address connected to your account (if applicable). If these should be sent to a different address, update this in your account under "Manage account" before cancellation.
Once you’ve packed up the bin, using the included return label, schedule a FedEx pickup or drop it off at FedEx directly. You must return the bin within 10 days of your current billing period ending or within 10 days from your initial cancellation initiation.
To receive a refund for your Mill purchase, you must initiate cancellation within 90 days of purchase and initiate the return shipment within 10 days of the cancellation initiation. Subscribers will continue to be charged until you return the Mill, and annual paid monthly subscribers will be charged for the remaining months of their annual commitment upfront upon cancellation.
