Mill is protected in shipping by 100% recyclable corrugated board and paper pulp packaging. To protect the bin against abrasion and improve accessibility of unboxing, Mill uses some plastic components that are recyclable in some municipalities. Check with your municipality which bin the plastic clips (PP) and plastic bags (LDPE) should be sorted into. Tape may need to be landfilled.
For the Food Grounds packaging, we use a recyclable LDPE plastic slide-lock liner in a 100% recyclable cardboard box. This solution offers Mill customers the most practical way to keep their Food Grounds and packaging out of landfills. You can read more about the climate impact here.
