You can update your account information in the Mill account portal.
- Visit account.mill.com and log in
- You will land on your main settings page with: Account status, Profile, and Manage account
- Make sure to hit save!
Under Account Status, you can do the following:
- Review your current subscription status
- Update pickup instructions
- Place a new bin purchase order
- Cancel your subscription or purchase
Under Profile, you can do the following:
- Update Name, Email, and Phone Number
- Update Shipping Address
- Change Password
- Receive Support with your subscription
Under Manage Account, you can do the following:
- Change Payment Method
- Update Billing Address
- View invoice history
On mobile? You can also update your account information from the Mill app

Click on Menu
(top right)
- Select Account
- Select Manage Your Account
- Move to whichever area you'd like to update: Account status, Profile, or Manage account for more options
- Make sure to save changes!
