We send free Food Ground boxes in packs of 10. By sending you boxes in bulk, we minimize the number of shipments we send you, which helps reduce our environmental impact from shipping.
To order a new 10-pack of Food Ground boxes:
- Open your app and go to Send it

- Go to ‘Need more boxes?’
- Make sure your shipping address is correct (or click the
to update it)
- Press Order more boxes.
- You’re all set! Your boxes should arrive in 3-7 business days.
