Mill Pickups
You can change your Mill annual paid monthly subscription to add Mill pickups in the Mill account portal or Mill app. The change will take effect after the current billing period. Go to "Overview" → select "Get Mill Pickups" → go through checkout, and it will be added to your account.
You can make changes to your subscription from the "Subscriptions" tab in your account.
Mill x R.City
You can cancel your Mill x R.City rental plans in the Mill account portal or Mill app. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. To make changes to your R.City plan, add farm boxes or buckets, please do it directly on the R.City website.
Mill Plus Rental
You can cancel and return your bin or purchase it in full. Currently, changing plan types is not supported. If you need help, please contact us.
