What happens if my Mill breaks?

If something goes wrong with your Mill and you are within the warranty period, let us know and we’ll cover the repairs or send you another one.

What is my warranty period?

The length of your limited warranty will be as specified at the time you purchase or rent your food recycler, as applicable. Subject to the restrictions below and unless otherwise disclosed to you at the time you checkout, the following warranty period applies to your food recycler:

  1. If you rented your food recycler, your limited warranty applies for the duration of your food recycler rental plan term;
  2. If you purchased your new food recycler before February 27, 2024, your limited warranty applied for one year from your date of purchase and has since expired;
  3. If you purchased your new food recycler on or after February 27, 2024 and before May 28, 2026, your limited warranty applies for three years from your date of purchase, except as set forth immediately below;
  4. If you purchased your new food recycler on or after March 17, 2025 and before May 28, 2026, and the purchase specified that a five year limited warranty was part of your purchase, your limited warranty applies for five years from your date of purchase;
  5. If you purchased your new food recycler on or after May 28, 2026, your limited warranty applies for two years from your date of purchase.
  6. If you purchased a food recycler that you previously rented, your limited warranty applies until the later of the end of the term of your rental plan or three years from the date you started your rental plan; and
  7. If you purchased a stand-alone limited warranty, your limited warranty applies for the warranty period specified at the time of purchase.

Any food recycler repaired or replaced pursuant to this limited warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original limited warranty period, or for a longer period required by law.

Note: Mill bins purchased from a third party, such as Ebay or Facebook Marketplace, are not covered by warranty, and are not eligible for replacement or Extend Product Protection.
