We hope to improve how gifting the Mill works in the future. For now, every Mill bin purchase is tied to the email address of the purchaser. When gifting Mill, the purchaser needs to change the email address to one owned by the person being gifted.
- Ask the gifter/purchaser to change the email on the Mill account to your email. Learn how to update account information here.
- If the gifter purchased the ongoing subscription instead of buying the Mill outright, they may wish to update the payment information. If the bin was purchased outright, nothing will need to be changed.
- After successfully changing the email, the gifter can now request a password reset. You can do that here. That will enable you to reset the password and log into the account.
- Use these account credentials to log into the app and set up the bin.
