You can start and stop a cycle from the lid button on the bin (or in the app). To do so:
- If the bin is unlocked, double tap the button.
- If the bin is locked, you'll need to unlock the bin first. To unlock the lid, press then press-and-hold the lid button for 3 seconds (short tap, long press). The lid will stay unlocked for 4 seconds. Then double tap the button.

Tips:
- You don't need to stop a cycle to add more scraps. Simply unlock the lid and add more. Learn more how to unlock your bin here.
