If you're having trouble pairing your Mill and are getting a "Can't connect to Mill servers" error message, the following could be happening:
- The Mill pairing services is temporarily down
- IT Security within your office, school or public setting is preventing access

- Try the pairing step again
- Close the app
- Wait for the lights on the bin to return to pulsing blue
- Go through the pairing flow again
2. IT Security within your office, school or public setting is preventing access
- You will need to contact your IT administrator for more assistance. Here are the WiFi access point requirements:
- Supports 2.4GHz devices
- Does not use a captive portal
- Does not use certificate-based authentication
- Client isolation is okay
- Contact support if your IT department needs the WiFi MAC address for your bin
