You can set the Kid and Pet Lock in the Mill app so each time the lid closes, it locks.
In the app, under Settings, choose Device and you can toggle the Kid & Pet Lock setting ON on. You’ll see a white lock LED to indicate the lock is on. When the lock is enabled, your little ones will not be able to open the lid by pressing the pedal.
You can override the Kid and Pet Lock by pressing and holding the button on your bin for three seconds, or you can unlock it in the Mill app.
If you see that the lock turns orange, that’s because the bucket is hot, and turning the Kid & Pet lock setting OFF in the app will not unlock the bin.
