You can update your account information in the Mill account portal
- Visit account.mill.com and log in
- Move to whichever tab you’d like to update
- If accessing from a mobile device, click the menu tab
to get here
- If accessing from a mobile device, click the menu tab
- Make sure to click Save changes or Update as you edit
You can also update your account information from the Mill app
- Click on the settings icon
(top right)
- Select Account
- Select Manage Your Account
- Click the menu tab
to move to whichever tab you’d like to update
- Make sure to click Save changes or Update as you edit
Once you’re on the account page, you can do the following:
- Update Name, Email, and Phone Number
- Update Shipping Address and Special Instructions
- Change Password
- Change Payment Method
- View Credits
- Switch service plans
- Receive Support with your plan
