Tacoma Referral Program Terms and Conditions
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MILL TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY APPLY TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM AS WELL. THESE REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“REFERRAL TERMS”) SUPPLEMENT THE MILL TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY AND APPLY TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM.
By participating in our Referral Program, you agree to the following:
- Tacoma Referral Program Summary. The Mill Tacoma referral program (“Referral Program”) allows an existing Mill Service Plan subscriber (“Referrer”), the opportunity to earn credits that can be credited toward future plan fee payments (“Referral Credits”) by referring others to become new Mill Plan subscribers (each a “Referred Customer”).
- Earning Referral Credits. The Referred Customer must be referred by an existing Mill Customer using the Tacoma Referral Pilot Program form provided by Mill (“Referral Form”). Referrers can earn Referral Credits if: (i) the Referrer submits the Referred Customer’s full name and valid email address to the Referral Form; (ii) the Referred Customer is a new customer who does not have, and has never had, an existing Mill Plan, and has never placed a deposit for a Mill Plan; and (iii) the Referred Customer activates their Mill Plan within 30 days of when one is made available, and both the Referred Customer and the Referrer each remain an active Mill Plan subscriber for at least 6 months (collectively, the “Referral Criteria”). The Referrer will be credited with the amount of Referral Credits specified in the referral invitation and/or accompanying promotional materials only after all of the Referral Criteria have been satisfied. A Referred Customer may only be referred by one Referrer. If a Referred Customer is referred by multiple Referrers, the Referrer who first submitted the referral via the Referral Form will receive the credits, subject to satisfaction of the Referral Criteria
- Credits for Referred Customers. Referred Customers who have signed up after their name and email is submitted via the Referral Form may also receive Referral Credits in the amount(s) indicated when purchasing the plan or in the referral invitation and/or accompanying promotional materials.
- Redeeming Referral Credits. Unless otherwise indicated in the referral invitation and/or accompanying promotional materials sent to you prior to your election to participate in the Referral Program, any earned Referral Credits will automatically be applied to the balance of your next plan fee payment, and each Referral Credit will offset the amount due by $1 USD, up to the total amount owed for such payment. If your payment is later refunded, the maximum refund you may receive is the amount you actually paid.
- Marketing Referrals. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, spam marketing laws, and may not use mass emailing, deal aggregator or other commercial websites, texting, or messaging to unknown individuals or telephone numbers to make referrals. We reserve the right to deactivate or invalidate any Referral Credits obtained through these channels.
- Termination and Changes. We may, in our sole discretion, modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program or your ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any modification to the Referral Program will be effective when posted to our website or app, and failure to contact our support team within 48 hours of the posting of such notice shall constitute consent to such modification. The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Referral Credits can change at any time.
