What happens if I move? Can I move with the Mill bin?

You can take your Mill with you, as long as it’s within the U.S. across 48 states (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded). A limited number of postal codes don’t offer USPS pickup service, so you may need to drop off your Food Grounds box at your local post office if you have pickups enabled on your account.

If you are moving with your bin, here are some tips to help it travel safely and mess free.

1. Change your shipping address with Mill. Learn how to update account info here.

2. Take the bucket out, put it in a trash bag. We recommend moving it separately and not in your bin.

3. Take the charcoal filter out, put it in a trash bag, and put it back in your bin or store it separately.

4. Be particularly mindful of the foot pedal; make sure when picking up or moving the bin, it's not being leaned forward in a way that's putting weight or pressure on the pedal.
